  • As a certified counseling agency approved by the Office of Behavioral Health, we specialize in providing Level 1 and Level 2 DUI education classes, DUI therapy classes, and other counseling services. Most DUI sentences require the completion of these classes and may have additional requirements as well.

Level 2 DUI education classes are typically 24 hours in total, spread over 12 weeks.

For DUI therapy, different "tracks" are assigned based on specific criteria. Track A, requiring 42 hours or 21 weeks, and Track B, requiring 52 hours or 26 weeks, are generally assigned to those receiving their first DUI. Track A is for individuals with a BAC of 0.14 or below, while Track B is for a BAC above 0.14 or a refusal to test. For repeat offenders, Track C or D is assigned. Track C requires 68 hours or 34 weeks and is for a BAC of 0.14 or below. Track D requires 86 hours or 43 weeks and is assigned for a BAC above 0.14 or a refusal to test.

Alongside these DUI class requirements, many individuals are also obligated to undertake random Urinalysis (Random UAs) testing as part of their sentence. This can either coincide with the duration of the DUI classes or adhere to the timeframe stipulated in the court order.

In addition to our core classes, your court order may instruct you to fulfill additional requirements such as community service hours, MADD classes, victim empathy activities, or other services. While we don't offer MADD classes or community service opportunities directly, we strive to be a useful resource. Our 'Resources' page contains valuable information and links to guide you towards these additional requirements.

Please consult MADDvip.org for comprehensive details on MADD classes, including sign-up procedures. It's important to understand that we do not offer legal advice or interpretations of the law.
